Infidelity Counseling

About Infidelity Counseling

My heart goes out to you as you find yourself in the midst of navigating an affair. All of a sudden, the relationship and life you knew are turned upside down. If I may make one suggestion: Slow everything down. I understand the urgency of finding answers; however, I would recommend taking some time to ponder what questions are important to ask and which ones are wise not to?

Some have zero tolerance and know that an affair is the end of their relationship. Some want to stay and work through their pain. Whether you choose to stay or to leave, there is no formula that makes this process straightforward.

Let me help you navigate these turbulent waters. Let my office be a sanctuary for your pain, anger, disbelief, and a place to sort out your questions. Let it also be a place of taking responsibility and looking within. I offer an open ear and an open heart to both sides, a place of non-judgment in a world that judges quickly and harshly. A world that also seems to believe that divorce affords more self-respect than forgiveness. (Esther Perel) Neither path will be easy; you do not have to do it alone.
